Are you ready to kickstart your career in engineering? TRP Ductwork are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual or recent school leaver to join our team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn, gaining hands-on experience and working towards a nationally recognised Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting in fabricate and assembly of sheet metal ductwork including straight duct, fittings, and plenums
• Learning to read and interpret technical drawings
• Operating machinery and tools under supervision
• Working alongside experienced tradespeople
• Developing skills in safety, quality control, and teamwork
• General housekeeping and cleaning duties
What We’re Looking For:
• A genuine interest in engineering and metalwork
• Commitment to 4 years of training both on and off the job
• Willingness to learn and grow within the trade
• Good communication and positive attitude
• Reliable and punctual
• Completion of Year 10 or higher (preferred)
