XPERIENCED COOK / KITCHEN HAND – DALWALLINU HOTEL
The Dalwallinu Hotel is currently seeking an Experienced Cook / Kitchen Hand to support our busy kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
Preparation and cooking of menu items
Assisting with daily kitchen operations and service
Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and work areas
Supporting senior kitchen staff during service
Essential Criteria
Previous experience in a commercial kitchen
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
