Job Description
Jurien Bay Beach Cafe has an exciting opportunity for a friendly enthusiastic all rounder to join our team.
This role requires a strong confident person that can take ownership of the role, be able to think on their feet when busy or in a slow period. Located 2 hours north of Perth
Duties:
• All front of house operations including; Taking orders, waiting tables, greeting customers etc
• Open and close procedures. Ensure front of house is clean & well presented at all times
• Maintain an efficient bar and stock room
• Ensuring the bar is kept clean and tidy to a high standard
• Knowledge of cocktails, beers, spirits, liqueurs, and wine an advantage
• Ability to lift cases of wine/beer and be on your feet for 8+ hrs
• Ability to follow strict RSA rules and all that come with the responsibility
• Work calmly under pressure
• Attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good communication skills – written and verbal
• Good understanding of cash handling and till operation
• Self-motivated

Certificates:
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) must be valid in WA
• Food Safety
