Carbon Fibre Manufacturing

We manufacture high performance components from prepreg carbon fibre and other specialist composite materials.

We’re looking for reliable backpackers or working holiday visa holders to help out in our composites workshop, starting on the 12/01/2026.

You’ll be working with carbon fibre and other cool materials to make parts for race cars and high-performance projects.

No experience? No worries — we train you.
This role is hands-on and suits people who enjoy practical work, attention to detail, and working as part of a small team.

This is a great opportunity to gain unique skills in high-performance manufacturing while working in Australia.

Work Duties will include:

• Laying carbon fibre and other composite materials into moulds
• Following clear instructions, templates, and drawings
• Cutting and placing material accurately
• Applying vacuum bagging materials (training provided)
• Assisting with part removal and basic finishing

• There are documented procedures for every job
• Air conditioned workplace
• Must be able to read and speak good English
• Hours: 6:00am to 3:00pm Monday to Friday
• 31.20/hr + superannuation
• Training is provided
• Located in Toowoomba – 1.5hrs from Brisbane
