Restaurant Manager

We are looking for someone with experience and energy to help run a Mediterranean inspired restaurant, someone who is genuinely passionate about hospitality, able to think of their feet and has industry experience.

The role is looking to start in mid-January and will be a full-time role.

Able to commit to a longer-term role as well as strong understanding of service industry and guest experience standards

Physically fit, able to multitask and work collaboratively between restaurant, bar and kitchen. Able to lead and manage a diverse FOH team of waitstaff, host and runners.
