We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pastry Chef to join our production kitchen, with a strong focus on laminated dough and viennoiserie.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision, consistency, and classic technique, and who enjoys working as part of a dedicated production team.

Key Responsibilities
Preparation, lamination, and handling of doughs for croissants and pastries

Shaping, proving, and baking of croissants and viennoiserie to a high standard

Maintaining consistency, quality, and efficiency across production runs

Adhering to food safety, hygiene, and workplace standards

Contributing to a clean, organised, and professional kitchen environment

About You
Proven experience working with laminated dough

Strong understanding of lamination and baking processes

Knowledge of French pâtisserie techniques is highly regarded

Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

Ability to work early mornings and in a fast-paced production setting

Team-oriented with a positive, reliable work ethic
