Salsa Bar & Grill is looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our front-of-house team. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional ready to step into a leadership position in a busy, high-quality restaurant.
The Role
- Support the Head Manager in daily operations and team leadership
- Oversee front-of-house staff and ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Manage rostering, staff training, and workflow efficiency
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain operational standards, health and safety compliance, and overall presentation
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in hospitality management or a senior supervisory role
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and peak service periods
- Positive, professional, and team-focused attitude
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
