Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic Nursery Hands to join a well-established and growing team in Pakenham, Victoria. This role offers consistent full-time hours and long-term growth opportunities. This is a great chance to build a future with a reputable employer in the horticulture industry.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Planting and harvesting activities
General farm and nursery work
Labeling, pruning, staking, fertilizing, and weeding plants
Hours:
Monday to Friday | 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Occasional weekend work may be required
Pay Rate:
30 per hour + super
Skills and Experience Required:
Own transport is a must
Basic knowledge of plant care and horticulture practices
Physically fit and capable of manual outdoor work
Strong attention to detail and observation skills
Team player with a positive and reliable attitude
Comfortable with basic math for measuring and calculating
Resilient and adaptable to weather changes and seasonal demands
Safety-conscious and environmentally aware
Willing to work overtime, weekends, and public holidays as needed
