Inbound Customer Service Representative - 35.15 Per Hour Or Full-time Available (if Preferred)

This isn't your average call centre role. You'll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice of our brand, working within a small, supportive team where your contribution truly matters.

A Day in the Life:

As our Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your primary goal is to ensure every interaction is a positive one. You will:

*Be the friendly voice of our brand, handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and email with warmth and professionalism.

*Become a product expert, confidently providing advice and recommendations to help customers find exactly what they need.

*Effortlessly assist customers with placing orders, tracking deliveries, and arranging returns.

*Turn challenges into solutions by skilfully troubleshooting product issues and managing warranty claims.

*Collaborate with your team to ensure a seamless and consistently brilliant customer journey from start to finish.

What We're Looking For (About You):

*You have a true passion for helping people and a naturally empathetic and patient approach.

*You possess previous experience in a customer service role (e-commerce or retail is a huge plus!).

*You're an excellent communicator – you're clear, confident, and friendly, both on the phone and in writing.

*You have a knack for problem-solving and can think on your feet to find the best solution.

*You're organised, have great attention to detail, and are comfortable navigating computer systems.

*Most importantly, you have a positive, can-do attitude and are a genuine team player.
