Job Description
We are looking for an experienced farm hand to work with us on family owned cattle station near Cloncurry in North West Queensland to start ASAP.
We would like someone with some sort of experience in cattle. A skilled trade, such as a fitter or mechanical experience a huge advantage.
Must be physically fit, be enthusiastic, team player, honest, reliable and with a positive attitude. This is a full time position.
Job includes mustering, fencing, general maintenance, general farmhand and homestead duties. Flexibility a must.
Weekly pay is as per Pastoral Award 2024, depending on age and experience. Some weekend work required (additional pay). You'll have your own room and bathroom, and all meals provided.
Job is located near Cloncurry in north west Queensland. We live approximately 30kms out of Cloncurry, so you can get involved in all the social activities and the awesome outback lifestyle and community out here.

Skills
Cattle handling experience preferable
Experience with machinery, paticularly a HV license an advantage
Must be fit and able to do long hours when necessary
Be able to work unsupervised and with a team
Fencing experience
Welding experience
Vehicle maintenance knowledge
Motorbike riding experience desirable
Horse riding experience desirable
