Due to continued growth across Victoria, we are looking for a Bookings Coordinator to join our support team. This role is great for someone who enjoys speaking with clients, solving problems, and keeping operations running smoothly. Experience or knowledge in trade, construction, property, or inspections is a plus, but not required.

The role
You’ll be the first point of contact for clients and play a key role in managing inspections from enquiry through to invoicing.
1. Client enquiries & support
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and online enquiries
- Explain building and pest inspections clearly and confidently
- Provide accurate quotes and recommend the right inspection options
2. Bookings & coordination
- Schedule inspections and allocate jobs to inspectors based on location, availability, and skillset
- Liaise with inspectors and real estate agents to confirm access and timing
- Ensure each booking runs smoothly from start to finish
3. Admin & systems
- Create and issue invoices
- Manage leads and workflows in the CRM
- Follow up with clients and maintain accurate records
What we’re looking for
- Experience or knowledge in trade, construction, property, or inspections is highly regarded, but not essential.
- Experience in customer service, coordination, or admin roles
- Confident communicator with a practical, problem-solving approach
- Able to manage multiple bookings and stay organised under pressure
- Comfortable using CRM systems and online tools
Nice to have
- Property inspection or building industry experience
- Quoting, invoicing, or workflow system experience
- Background coordinating field-based teams
