We’ve recently opened our Brisbane branch and are looking for a Branch Operator & Social Media Manager to join us.

About the Role:
As a Branch & Social Media Operator, you will be the face of our car rental business both in-person and online. This is a dynamic, all-round role where you’ll manage day-to-day branch operations, handle our fleet, assist customers, and drive our social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Branch Operations & Customer Service

Greet and assist customers with bookings, check-ins, and check-outs.

Conduct vehicle inspections, ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for rental.

Handle vehicle returns, cleaning, and minor maintenance coordination.

Maintain accurate records of rentals, payments, and fleet status.

Manage scheduling and logistics to ensure smooth branch operations.

Social Media & Digital Presence

Create, schedule, and post content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).

Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and maintain a positive online community.

Assist in digital marketing campaigns and promotions.

Monitor and report on social media performance and recommend improvements.

Other Duties

Assist with general administrative tasks as required.

Collaborate with the business owner to identify opportunities for growth.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.

Experience with social media platforms and content creation.

Basic knowledge of vehicle handling and maintenance is a plus.
