Skilled Construction Leading Hand / Carpenter

We are a small, hands-on residential construction business delivering high-quality renovations, extensions, and new builds. We’re looking for a reliable and skilled team member who can work independently, take responsibility on site, and contribute to a professional, efficient build process.

This role suits:
• A skilled labourer ready to step up
• A leading hand who can run small crews and tasks
• Or a qualified carpenter who takes pride in their work

Key Responsibilities
• Carry out general construction and carpentry works
• Set out, frame, fix, and complete carpentry tasks to a high standard
• Read and interpret plans, details, and site levels
• Supervise or assist labourers and apprentices when required
• Coordinate with trades on site to keep jobs moving
• Maintain site cleanliness, safety, and organisation
• Identify and resolve minor site issues proactively
• Communicate clearly with the builder/site supervisor
