Job Description
Join a well-established renewable energy company with offices in Melbourne and Sydney, continuing to grow nationally.
This is a permanent, full-time inbound sales role selling a range of renewable energy solutions including solar, batteries and related products to Australian homeowners.
You’ll be speaking with customers who have already enquired, running consultative conversations, quoting solutions, and closing deals with strong earning potential.
What’s on offer:
- Base salary starting from 60,000 + super (negotiable based on experience)
- Uncapped commission with flexibility to manage your own margins | OTE 120K-130K
- Inbound homeowner enquiries
- Established systems, training and support
- Clear earning and progression opportunities
The role:
- Inbound phone-based sales
- Speak with Australian homeowners
- Assess the property and customer needs
- Quote and recommend the best solution for each home
- Sell across solar, batteries and additional renewable products
- Close deals end-to-end
What we’re looking for:
- Proven sales experience
- Confident discussing pricing, value and solutions
- Performance and commission driven
- Strong communication skills
- Full working rights in Australia (WHV welcome)
Office based role in South Melbourne, close to Albert Park and ANZAC station.
