We are seeking a reliable and organised Office Support Assistant to assist with daily administrative and operational tasks. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable supporting internal teams in a structured office environment.
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by handling documentation, maintaining records, and assisting with general office activities. The position is suitable for entry-level applicants as well as candidates with previous administrative experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and office support
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Assist with data entry and file management
- Support internal teams with routine administrative tasks
- Handle emails and internal requests in a timely manner
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of information
Requirements
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, office systems)
- Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous office or administrative experience is an advantage but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 60,000.00 – 65,000.00 per year
