We're seeking a motivated, hands-on Retail Team Member to support daily operations and help drive the success of Tactical Gel Blaster.

We're a fast-growing retailer in the gel blaster industry, offering premium blasters, accessories, tactical apparel, and expert advice. More than just a store, we're a community hub for hobbyists, collectors, and weekend warriors of all experience levels.

The Role

You'll work in-store, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and keep the store running smoothly. You'll take on key responsibilities and confidently step into a leadership role when the Manager is away.

Key Responsibilities

Support day-to-day store operations and team leadership
Deliver exceptional customer service and in-depth product knowledge
Assist with inventory control, stock management, and visual merchandising
Drive sales targets and help create an engaging in-store experience
Train and mentor junior team members, fostering a positive team culture
Demonstrate team leading experience to effectively guide and support staff members
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and retail standards
What We're Looking For

Previous retail experience (specialty or hobby retail highly regarded)
Minimum 1 year of retail experience
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Genuine interest in gel blasters, tactical gear, or similar hobbies
Availability to work weekends and peak trading periods
A team-focused attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Australian work authorisation is required for this position
