Casual caretaker/s role available.
Start available from Mar 2026 - 6 week min stay up to 3 months.

Tasks include;
- Raking, mulching, weeding
- Basic pool Maintenance
- Chicken Yard Maintenance
- Outdoor tidying/sweeping
4-6hrs per week general maintenance required. Leaving you with plenty of spare time to explore and/or find paid work. Kalgoorlie has an abundance of work and cash jobs.
You will recieve a room that comfortably sleeps a couple, with cooking, bathroom, washing facilities. TV, internet and all utensils. No food or meals catered for, but we may have produce that we can share.
💸Rent is cheap in return for your yardwork help and FREE with a few extra tasks if the family needs to go on holidays.
Young family home on large residential property. Older estate on 3ha that we are renovating.
🤸♀️🤸♂️We have 2 x active and outdoors tween aged kids who may be in our shared spaces at times during your stay. You do have your own private area away from the house. I also work from home in a studio near your apartment.
🐥We have chickens, sometimes horses, lots of space, native birds, bushland and are right next to a train yard which we love even though they make noise 24/7.
There is also a pool, tennis court and bar-room for respectful guests.
Your room will be clean on arrival, we expect it to be kept tidy during your stay and to be cleaned before departing.
This is a self motivated position, you will be shown how to complete all tasks.

🔨Long term stays and cheaper or free rent opportunities may become available for tradespeople/Handyman able to assist with renovations.
