Job Description

I’m looking for someone to install and level a steel sub-floor framing system for a prefabricated home.
Concrete piers are already poured and aligned. All steel components and fixings are on site.

Scope of Work (Labour Only):
Drill existing concrete piers and fix 230mm base plates using M12 screwbolts (as per provided plans)
Assemble and install 75x75mm galvanised steel stumps (SHS)
Level the frame using the M30 threaded rod system
Install 150x50mm steel bearers and 100x50mm joists
Form the 50mm bathroom setdown as shown in the drawings
Final level and check before completion
Requirements:

Able to read and follow structural drawings (PDF provided)
Experience with steel framing / Duragal preferred, but not essential if you’re confident and careful

Materials Provided:
All steel members (stumps, bearers, joists)
Base plates, brackets
M12 anchors & M30 threaded rods
Tek screws and fixings
