About the Role
We’re seeking a passionate Wedding & Events Coordinator to help create unforgettable experiences across our premium hospitality venue. You’ll work closely with couples and clients to bring their vision to life, managing every stage from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with clients to understand their event needs.
• Coordinate all aspects of weddings and events—from initial planning to final delivery.
• Liaise with vendors including caterers, florists, photographers and musicians to ensure seamless service.
• Oversee event setup and pack down, ensuring every detail meets client expectations
• Manage budgets, contracts, and payment tracking.
• Support clients throughout the process, resolving issues with professionalism and care.

About You

• Experience in weddings/events or a similar coordination role
• Highly organised, able to juggle multiple events at once.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and passion for delivering memorable moments.
• Calm under pressure with solid problem solving skills.
