Job Description
We are seeking a head chef for our historic Bar, Restaurant and Hotel in the beautiful port Arthur region of Southern Tasmania, we are looking for someone who has extensive experience in the catering industry and someone who strives for perfection, an individual who is comfortable with ordering, stock taking and food management to the highest standard. we are seeking a chef who is capable of producing food to the highest standard of anywhere up to 150 meals per night. excellent staff accommodation is provided and along with an extremely competitive salary.
