Rubyvale Hotel - A well-established, high-volume Pub in Central Queensland is on the hunt for a reliable and passionate Chef/Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen team.

About the Role:
Prepare and cook high-quality bistro-style meals - Maintain consistency and presentation standards
Assist with prep, stock control, and ordering - Follow food safety and hygiene standards - Work collaboratively with front and back of house teams
About You:
Experience in a commercial kitchen (bistro/pub experience highly regarded)
Ability to handle busy service periods - Strong time management and organisational skills
Team player with a positive attitude - Reliable and punctual

Rubyvale Hotel is located in Central Highlands Queensland. Peak season starts from Easter and we are looking for another Chef/ Cook to join our team.
We have been working with staff to achieve their second and third year working visas and have space for one more.
The Gemfields supplies 70% of the worlds Sapphires and is a very interesting place to stay. You might even find yourself a Gem or two from Australia's hidden Gem.
Accommodation walking distance to work available at minimum cost. We are located above the Tropic of Capricorn, so we continue to rotate staff through their 88 days/ 6 Months and hope to give you an experience like no other.

We trade 7 Days a week offering
Bistro, Bar , Bottleshop, Gaming and accommodation. Our busiest time of year is in the cooler months but we also have a strong local clientele and plenty passing through at all times of year.
