🎯 About the Role
We’re seeking a confident, reliable Barista who can produce excellent coffee and help deliver a smooth, positive customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a busy service environment, takes pride in their craft, and thrives as part of a supportive team.

🧩 Key Responsibilities
- Prepare espresso‑based coffees to a consistent, high standard
- Operate the coffee machine, grinder, and POS system
- Maintain a clean, organised workstation throughout service
- Assist with basic food preparation and general café duties
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures
- Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels
- Work collaboratively to support smooth service flow

⭐ What We’re Looking For
- Previous barista experience (minimum 6 months preferred)
- Ability to dial in grinders and adjust extraction
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Availability on weekends and public holidays

🌟 Desirable
- Latte art skills
- Experience in coastal or high‑volume cafés
- Food Safety Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
