The Mayfair Emerald is seeking an experienced and motivated Events Manager to join our team full-time.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of bookings and functions at one of Emerald’s most well-known venues.
About the Role
- 38 hours per week (full-time)
- Award wage
- Accommodation available close by
- March start date
Key Responsibilities
- Communicating with guests to organise and confirm events and functions
- Managing enquiries via phone, email and in person
- Coordinating event details from initial booking through to execution
- Liaising with management, kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service
About You
- Previous experience in event management or hospitality coordination (essential)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Fluent in English
- Professional presentation and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
