Available Roles:


Farm Workers:
You will support day-to-day poultry husbandry activities to ensure bird health, welfare, and optimal farm performance.

Key Duties:

Monitoring feed, water intake, and bird weights
Conducting welfare checks
Assisting with shed setups and farm cleanouts
Collecting eggs and supporting incubation processes
Maintaining litter quality and hygiene standards
Following strict biosecurity requirements


Process Workers:
You will support the safe and efficient processing of poultry while maintaining high animal welfare and food safety standards.

Key Duties:

Handling and hanging live birds safely
Processing, grading, deboning, packing, and chilling poultry
Operating and monitoring production equipment
Weighing, labelling, and packaging products
Cleaning and sanitising work areas
Meeting daily production targets

All about you:

Sound understanding and adherence of OH&S
Able to follow verbal and written instructions
Able to work with a diverse group of staff
Meet the physical demands of the role - Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift heavy objects



Successful candidate must have:

Follow all OH&S, GMP, hygiene, and company standards
Be physically fit – able to stand for long periods and lift up to 20kg
Perform repetitive tasks safely using correct techniques
Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and good communication
Be able to follow verbal and written instructions
Work effectively in a diverse team environment
Report hazards or maintenance issues promptly
Be based in Bendigo or willing to relocate
Own car and driver’s licence required – No public transport available to our farm or processing sites.
Must hold valid work rights in Australia.
