JOB DESCRIPTION

⁠Container Unloading:

You will work unloading shipping containers. The types of items include:
•⁠ ⁠Fridges, furniture, home items, toys, food (even frozen food)

You will work with:
•⁠ ⁠Big and heavy boxes
•⁠ ⁠Small and light boxes but in large quantity
Even light boxes need care – you must build safe and stable pallets.
- Manually unload boxes from containers
- Stack boxes onto pallets
- Wrap goods with plastic (manual or machine)
- Work in a fast, supportive team
- Collaborate with forklift drivers who handle pallet placement
You are paid per container. The payment depends on the load, but we guarantee it’s never below 33.10/hour. Most times, it’s more than that.

Labour Hiring:
You will help the client directly, doing things like:
•⁠ ⁠Moving boxes
•⁠ ⁠Organising the area
•⁠ ⁠Any light work needed
Paid by the hour: 33.10/hour via TFN.

Hours: Start between 5:00 AM – 7:00 AM
Locations: Work sites vary; we assign teams close to home when possible
Avg. Shift: 5–7 hours/day

PAYMENT & CONDITIONS

Weekly Pay via TFN
- Hourly rate (from 33.10) or per container
- Superannuation paid
- Team-based incentives and performance bonuses
- No experience or English required – we’ll support you
- Improve your English daily – work directly with Australian clients

WHAT YOU NEED TO START

- Steel-toe boots + Hi-Vis shirt
- Valid work visa
- TFN (Tax File Number)
- Superannuation account
- Australian phone number
- Willingness to work physically
