Water Blasting, Pressure cleaning, soft washing, protective coating Technician assistant – Trainee / Operator
📍 Gold Coast, QLD
A growing Gold Coast exterior cleaning and protective coating business is looking for a reliable person who wants to learn a specialised trade and become a skilled operator.
This role suits someone who wants more than just a labouring job. We will train the right person from the ground up to operate state of the art professional pressure cleaning equipment, Soft washing and work on a variety of projects.
About the Role
You will be working on a mix of commercial and residential jobs, including:
• Product pressure cleaning/ Soft washing/ protective coatings
• Large residential/ custom builds
• Schools
• Commercial new builds and construction sites
• Specialist projects for tier 1 construction.
No two days are the same and you will gain hands-on skills that are in demand across the industry.

What We’re Looking For
The right person will be:
• Reliable and motivated
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors
• Able to start early when required (5:30am)
• Have a good attitude, be coachable and willingness to learn
• Driver’s licence & general induction card preferred (not essential)
Experience in construction, labouring, pressure cleaning, or trades is helpful but not required.
The Opportunity
If you prove yourself, you will be trained to become a fully skilled operator, which is a valuable trade used across construction, industrial cleaning, and infrastructure maintenance.
