Job Description
Mount Seaview Resort is looking for an experienced cook to run our restaurant!
As our head cook, you will be responsible for making menu dishes at the highest quality, creating specials for the week, and managing restaurant inventory. Previous experience working in a restaurant kitchen required. Fluent English required.
Join our team at a beautiful resort! Mount seaview resort is a beautiful yet secluded location - situated 45 minutes from the nearest village and 1 hour drive from the nearest town, Port Macquarie. Having your own car is not essential, but would be an advantage.
Start date: As soon as possible (Must be able to commit to at least 3 months)

Duties include:
- Prepare, cook, and plate all menu items
- Operate and maintain commercial kitchen appliances (deep fryers,bbq, stoves, ect)
- Manage and order kitchen inventory items
- Maintain clean and organized kitchen
- Implement and follow food safety standards, sanitation, and hygiene procedures.
- Day to day restaurant up-keep and cleaning
