Job Description
Flower Farm Hand – Wildflower Farm | Immediate Start
ESP Recruitment is currently seeking one reliable Farm Hand for a unique opportunity with a large Australian wildflower farm located north of Perth.
This role offers the chance to work surrounded by native Australian wildlife including kangaroos and emus, providing a truly authentic outdoor nature experience.
Location
Approximately 50 km north of Perth CBD on Tonkin Highway (around 40 minutes from Perth).
Position Details
• Start time: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Days: Monday and Tuesday (ongoing)
• Farm work – eligible for visa requirements
• Only one position available
Accommodation
• No formal accommodation provided
• Camping on the farm is permitted
Requirements
• Must have own reliable transport
• Comfortable working outdoors in a farm environment
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
Duties May Include
• General farm hand work
• Care for greenhouse seedlings and plants
• Transplanting and direct seeding in fields and greenhouses
• Maintaining plantings (cultivating, trellising, pruning, deadheading)
• Harvesting and post-harvest flower handling
• Preparing and packing flowers for retail and wholesale
• Other farm duties as directed by the supervisor
Desirable (Not Essential)
Experience in:
• Farming or horticulture
• Floriculture or the floral industry
• Outdoor agricultural work
