Guest Service Agent

Position Summary (Full-Time):

As a full-time Guest Service Agent at Adara Richmond, you will be the face of our hotel, responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out. You'll play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming environment, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front office in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet all guests with a warm and professional welcome.

Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.

Respond to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room availability, promotions, local events, and hotel services.

Process payments, handle cash and credit card transactions, and maintain accurate records.

Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.

Uphold security and privacy protocols at all times.

Assist with administrative tasks and reservation management as required.

Contribute to a positive team culture and actively participate in training and development initiatives.

Perform any other duties as reasonably directed by the Front Office Supervisor or Hotel Management.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a front office role within a hotel environment (essential).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel reservation systems (e.g., RMS or similar).

Flexible to work shifts including evenings, midnights, weekends, and public holidays (must be available over Christmas/New Year).
