Sales Consultant – Phone Based | 70k Base + Commission | Ote 130k+

Acquire Recruitment Solutions is currently recruiting a phone-based Sales Consultant for a growing home improvement company based in Mordialloc, Melbourne.

This role is ideal for someone with previous phone sales experience who wants to earn strong commission and work in a supportive sales team. You will be speaking with homeowners across Australia about premium insulation and energy efficiency products designed to improve comfort and reduce energy costs.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Speaking with homeowners across Australia who have enquired about a product and/or service
- Consulting with customers to understand their needs
- Presenting tailored home improvement solutions
- Managing warm leads and follow-ups
- Working towards individual sales targets

Salary: 70,000 base salary + super + uncapped commission

About You:
- Minimum 12 months phone-based B2C sales experience
- Confident communicator with strong closing ability
- Motivated by commission and performance
- Professional phone manner
- Enjoy working in a team environment
