Construction Labourers – Immediate Start | Ongoing Work Across Sydney
HLH Group is currently seeking construction labourers for ongoing work starting immediately across the Sydney region.
We are looking for physically fit, reliable workers who are ready to join a supportive team and commit to 1–6 days per week, with overtime and weekend work available for the right candidates.
We understand everyone’s schedule is different, so we can work around your availability.
Next-day starts available.
What You’ll Be Doing
Learning new skills while working with a fun and like-minded team
Assisting some of Sydney’s most established builders
Exposure to a variety of trades with pathways to apprenticeships (carpentry, plumbing, electrical)
Moving materials and site clean-up
Using power tools such as jackhammers and grinders
Working on high-end residential and commercial construction projects
Opportunities in general labouring, skilled construction work, manufacturing and landscaping
Ticketed labouring work opportunities available

HLH Group is a Bondi Junction based labour hire company that has been helping people find construction work for over 11 years.
We partner with Tier 1 builders, mid-sized construction companies, and subcontractors across suburbs throughout Sydney.

What You’ll Need
White Card
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) – safety boots, hard hat, hi-vis shirt
A strong work ethic and reliable attitude
Driver’s licence and car preferred but not essential
