Fantastic opportunity to join a warm, lively, and internationally minded professional family living in the heart of Leichhardt in Sydney’s Inner West. Mum and Dad are business owners with busy work schedules and are looking for a confident, caring Au Pair to support their two school-aged children.
You’ll be caring for two children aged 8 and 10 for approximately 16 hours per week, working Monday to Thursday from 3:00pm – 7:00pm. Your role will focus on after-school care, supporting homework and reading, creative activities, music practice, and transporting the children to their after-school activities.

Leichhardt is a vibrant Inner West suburb known for its café culture, beautiful parks, community feel, and easy access to Sydney CBD and beaches. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Au Pair wanting to experience Sydney life while joining a friendly, active household.

The family live in a beautiful, modern four-bedroom home in Leichhardt. You’ll enjoy your own private bedroom on a separate level of the house with your own bathroom, providing a bright, comfortable, and private living space. The home is ideally located within walking distance to cafes, swimming pools, parks, and the popular Bay Run, with excellent public transport links close by.

A driver’s licence is essential, and a car is provided for use with the children. Duties include light household tasks related to the children, such as cooking dinner for the family on weekdays, family laundry, tidying children’s spaces, and encouraging the children to clean up alongside you. A regular cleaner is employed, so no deep cleaning is required.
