Hi there!
This add is for June 2026 onwards.
I am looking for reliable, hardworking individuals or couples to help with various tasks.
The work will include:
If you have building experience there may be the opportunity for paid work outside the 12 hours.
Sanding walls: Preparing surfaces for painting. Internal and external. Can use a sanding machine
Building: use of a hammer and drill for putting in screws
Moving furniture: Helping to move items back into the house.
Gardening: Weeding and lawn mowing
What I’m Looking For:
:Non-smokers only.
:Couples are welcome!
:Must be able to commit to 12 hours per week
:Curfew: As I work full-time, I ask that everyone be home before 9 PM and lights off by 9 PM. It’s a safe neighborhood, and I appreciate a quiet environment in the evenings. You’re welcome to stay out late for up to 2 nights, but for the rest of your stay, I prefer to keep things calm and quiet after 9 PM.
In exchange for your help, I provide a comfortable private room with a queen bed. I look forward to meeting you and working together on this renovation project!
