Job Description

We are seeking a Temporary Recruitment Assistant to support our busy team for an 8-week assignment. This is a fast-paced role suited to someone organised, detail-focused, and confident speaking with candidates over the phone.

Duties include:

Answering incoming calls and assisting with enquiries
Screening candidates over the phone
Updating and maintaining the recruitment database
Posting job ads and managing applications
Booking interviews and confirming appointments
General administration and office support

About the role:

36 per hour + super
Immediate start
8-week temporary assignment
Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Supportive and friendly team environment

This is a great opportunity for someone with recruitment or admin experience who is available to start immediately.
