Garden & Landscaping Assistant – Native Gardens & Earth

Native Gardens & Earth is a small landscaping and garden maintenance business based in the Northern Rivers (Byron Shire and surrounding areas).

We focus on native gardens, sustainable land management and bush restoration, working with the local ecosystem to create beautiful and low-maintenance gardens.

We are currently looking for 1–2 reliable casual workers to join our team.

Type of work includes:

Garden maintenance

Weeding and mulching

Hedge trimming and pruning

Brushcutting and mowing

Native garden installations

Bush regeneration and ecological work

What we are looking for:

Someone reliable and punctual

Enjoys working outdoors

Good physical condition

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Previous gardening or landscaping experience

Requirements:

Ability to work outdoors in all weather

Own transport
