Kitchen & Store Support – Handmade Food Business | West End Brisbane

Join a small family food business making handmade brownies and cakes in the heart of Brisbane.

We’re looking for a reliable, energetic kitchen support person to join our team at our West End kitchen and store. This role suits someone on a working holiday who wants to genuinely contribute, learn how a real food business operates, and enjoy being part of a friendly team.

At Dello Mano we have been making handmade brownies and cakes for more than 18 years, supplying customers across Australia as well as some of Brisbane’s best hotels and businesses.

If you enjoy food, teamwork, and being part of something creative and hands-on, this could be a great role.

You’ll be helping across several areas of the business including:

• Helping customers in the West End store
• Preparing orders for pickup and delivery
• Packing food products and gift boxes
• Assisting with kitchen preparation and organisation
• Keeping the kitchen and packing areas clean and organised
• Supporting the team with general day-to-day tasks

This is a hands-on role where everyone helps each other.

Hours

• Monday – Friday
• Daytime shifts
• Approximately 35 hours per week

What We’re Looking For

• Someone reliable and punctual
• A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
• Comfortable talking with customers
• Good attention to detail when packing orders
• Able to work quickly and stay organised in a busy environment
• Someone who wants to be part of a team, not just pass through

Food or hospitality experience is helpful but not essential — attitude and reliability matter more.
