Regional Manager – Central Queensland
Locations: Nebo & Blackwater, QLD
• Nebo – approx. 1 hour from Mackay
• Blackwater – approx. 2 hours from Rockhampton
Employment Type: Full-time
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Regional Manager to oversee operations across multiple sites in Central Queensland, based in Nebo and Blackwater.
This role involves managing a diverse portfolio including service stations, pubs, and hotel venues. You will play a key leadership role in ensuring operational excellence, team performance, and business growth across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
-Oversee daily operations across multiple sites, ensuring efficiency and consistency
-Lead, mentor, and support site managers and their teams
-Drive revenue growth, profitability, and overall business performance
-Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost controls
-Ensure compliance with company policies, WHS standards, and licensing regulations
-Recruit, train, and develop staff to maintain high-performing teams
-Conduct regular site visits, audits, and operational reviews
-Maintain high standards of customer service and presentation
-Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategic initiatives
Skills & Experience Required
-Proven experience in multi-site management (hospitality, fuel, pub, or gaming preferred)
-Previous pub and gaming experience highly desirable
-Strong leadership and people management skills
-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
-Strong financial and operational acumen
-Ability to manage multiple priorities across different locations
-Problem-solving and decision-making capability in fast-paced environments
Certifications (Preferred)
-RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
-RSG (Responsible Service of Gaming)
-RMLV (Responsible Management of Licensed Venues)
