About the Client
Our client is seeking an experienced Beauty Therapist / Massage Therapist to join their wellness and beauty business in Coral Bay. This is a fantastic opportunity to live and work in one of Western Australia’s most beautiful coastal locations while providing relaxing treatments to both locals and visiting tourists.
The business offers a range of beauty and wellness services, creating a varied and enjoyable work environment.


About the Role
The work offers a variety of beauty and wellness services where the successful applicant may perform one or several of the following:

• Relaxation and remedial massage treatments
• Facials and skincare treatments
• Waxing and tinting services
• Body treatments and scrubs
• Client consultations and treatment recommendations
• Maintaining a clean and professional treatment space
• Providing excellent customer service


Working Hours & Days
Working hours will usually be 9.00am – 5.00pm, 5 days per week, with Saturdays required. Days off might vary depending on bookings.


About You
We are seeking candidates that can commit to 3 to 5+ months of work. You must have experience as a Beauty Therapist, Massage Therapist, or in a similar wellness role, and ideally possess the following skills and personality traits:
• Strong customer service skills
• Good communication skills in English
• A positive attitude
• Friendly and approachable with clients
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently


Accommodation
Our client is able to provide subsidized accommodation if desired, where they can provide a variety of accommodation options from fully equipped Caravans through to 1-to-2-bedroom townhouses. Depending on the accommodation it can costs 220.00 to 400.00 per week. The costs can be shared between couples or friends.


Your Location & Getting to Coral Bay
Coral Bay is a very small settlement and most workers that work across the numerous tour operators, retail outlets and accommodation providers during the busy tourist season are not located in Coral Bay and have to make their own way up to Coral bay. Any successful applicants will be expected to make their own way to Coral Bay, ideally with their own transport at their own expense.


Pay Rates
Successful applicants will be paid 32.00 - 35.00 per hour flat rate, depending on experience. This is a casual role, where you will be paid on a weekly basis.


About Coral Bay
Coral Bay is situated 1000 kms North of Perth and is part of the World Heritage listed Ningaloo Reef. There are beautiful white sandy beaches and many activities to do, mainly involving reef activities such as snorkeling, scuba diving, whale shark tours, fishing and manta ray tours.
