Carpenter, Gardener, Mechanic Or Tutor Wanted In Brisbane

We are looking for some help at our property in Sheldon in exchange for accommodation and food - with a chance to get paid for the extra hours worked (beyond 3 hours per day). We have previously done these kinds of roles ourselves and have hosted travelers and au pairs, so we are seasoned to new faces. Immediate start is available.

We are looking for an individual or a couple that is/are experienced and can offer a proper hand around the yard and property. We have a multitude of projects that we need to do - from fixing chicken coops, to fences, to yard work or if you are mechanically inclined - can assist with fixing up our Pajero. We prefer for you to be self directed: you see something - you confirm what you want to do with us - and then just go do it. We have all the tools and are happy to purchase materials when needed. We have just fallen behind on life and need to catch up.

We also have 2 lovely children, and if you are patient and can tutor them in math and English daily, we would love this as an option too. Some cooking and basic house cleanup would be required with this option.

So, we recently bought a 2008 Caravan - and all is in working order in the trailer itself (it's just not new). We are offering this to you as your own private space - complete with shower and toilet. We have not used it ourselves yet, so need someone to break it in and help us set up a lovely living area for yourself and future travelers.

Looking for a 2 week commitment (starting as soon as possible) in exchange for 3 hours of work per day - 5 days per week. We are happy to drive you to places on your time off or you can just relax at our bushland setting and escape the city life the few weeks. We are 10 min by car from shops and 30 min from the Brisbane CBD. Ideally you also have a driving license so that you can either borrow the car when you need it or drive the kids to school or sport (5-20 min away).
