About the Role:

As the Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel bar and restaurant. Your leadership will ensure excellent customer service, the smooth operation of the venue, and compliance with all relevant regulations, including RSA requirements. You'll work closely with a dedicated team to create a welcoming and safe environment for both staff and guests.

What We’re Looking For:

A Hands-On Leader – You must be comfortable managing a venue and leading by example.
WA RSA Holder – You must have a current Responsible Service of Alcohol certification and be comfortable, enforcing the strict RSA regulations of the Kimberley region.
WA Approved Manager License – Essential for overseeing the operations of the bar and restaurant.
Experience in Hospitality – Previous experience in a managerial role in hospitality is a MUST.
Strong Communication Skills – You should be able to confidently manage staff, interact with guests, and enforce policies where necessary.
A Team Player – The ideal candidate is collaborative, supportive, and adaptable, as teamwork is essential in our small, close-knit team.
Resilience and Adaptability – Working in a remote location means facing unique challenges. A positive, solution-oriented mindset will be key to your success.
Tech savvy- This role requires you to dabble in admin/ reporting- use of excel/ professional email manner. Your input in rostering for bar & restaurant
Fluent English speaking
