HR Advisor – Part Time (Fixed Term)

We have an exciting opportunity for a professional HR Advisor to join our clients People & Culture team in WA on a part-time basis (30.4 hours per week), fixed term until 30th June 2026, with a strong possibility of extension. Flexible options are available to work across 4 or 5 days per week.

This role will support and advise leaders and employees across all people management and workplace relations matters. In addition to case management, the role will also provide exposure and the opportunity to participate in a variety of strategic people projects, including employee engagement initiatives, attraction and retention strategies, policy and procedure development, and other HR projects.

We are looking for someone with a similar HR advisory background who is available to commence immediately, holds full working rights, and is planning to remain in Perth for at least the next 6 months.
