Grape harvesting (January to late May or early June)
Maintenance tasks such as grapevine pruning and related jobs (June to November)
Citrus harvesting (June to November)
• Hourly-paid positions typically have KPI requirements (more experienced candidates are more likely to meet the requirement)
💰 We offer:
• Payday every Friday, provide payslip and superannuation
• Minimum Hourly Wage: 30.35/hour (Limited positions available; preference given to experienced candidates. Working hours are uniformly managed.)
• Piece-rate pay system : The picking rate for grape picking is typically 4-6 per box, while for orange and citrus fruits, it ranges from 30 to 100 per bin, with prices fluctuating based on fruit quality and requirements. (No experience needed, suitable for beginners and those capable of earning higher wages with flexible working hours—work faster, earn more.)
• The worktime of the hourly pay system is typically 32-38 hours per week.
• Piece-rate pay typically working over 38 hours, with one day off every two weeks during peak seasons. It suits individuals seeking stable income while having the potential to increase earnings
Follow-up arrangements
After the grape picking season ends, connect the grape rolling,pruning and related works or with citrus farm picking.

🏠 Accommodation and Transportation
Not bound to accommodation and transportation, it's better to prepare on your own. If necessary, accommodation and carpooling can be assist with requiring.
• Carpooling Fare: Typically 10/day (subject to fuel prices and distance)
• Accommodation Rent: 150 to 200 per week.Usually, one week's notice of termination is given, according to the rules of each landlord.

What we are looking for:
•Experience in picking/packaging grapes/other fruits and vegetables is preferred. (Inexperienced individuals suggest to practice at the piece rate field first, and then switch to the hourly wage field after becoming proficient. The vacancy is limited!)
Fast action and willingness to do things (high efficiency means high income, efficiency really affects income)
