Automotive Mechanic

Koorda Ag Parts is a family-owned business based in Koorda, Western Australia. We provide construction, vehicle repair, and welding services to local farms and the surrounding community.

We’re currently seeking backpackers with experience as Automotive Mechanics to join our team.

About the Role
Your duties will range from general servicing and tyre fitting to diagnostics.
Because we operate in a rural, agricultural area, most of our vehicles are diesel-powered, so experience with diesel engines is highly valued.

On quieter days, you may lend a hand in other departments — such as fencing or shed construction — so flexibility is a plus.

Start date: As soon as possible
Visa: Counts towards your 88 days for the second-year working holiday visa
Accommodation: Provided on-site

We’re Looking For
A qualified Automotive Technician (please provide your resume and relevant certificates)
Forklift licence – preferred but not essential
Reliable, self-sufficient, and confident with hands-on work
Comfortable living and working in a rural setting
Must hold a manual driver’s licence
You’ll be joining a supportive, easy-going team in WA’s Wheatbelt. It’s a great opportunity to complete your regional days while experiencing genuine outback life.
