Chandler Personnel is currently seeking reliable and hardworking Nursery Workers for an exciting opportunity with one of our well-established clients based in Gembrook Vic.

This is a great chance to secure ongoing, consistent work in a supportive team environment.

🕒 What’s on offer:
Ongoing work – Monday to Friday
Day shifts (early starts)
Competitive casual hourly rates
Supportive team and training provided

🌿 Key duties:
Potting, planting, and transplanting seedlings
Watering, weeding, and general plant care
Moving trays, stock, and materials
General nursery and yard maintenance
Assisting with dispatch and preparation of orders
✅ To be successful, you will have:
A strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to perform physical, hands-on work
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Own transport (location not easily accessible by public transport)
Previous nursery, farm, or labouring experience (preferred but not essential)
