Mahony Group is seeking a reliable handyperson to provide maintenance across four closely located hospitality businesses in St Kilda. The role averages approximately 24 hours per week.
About the Role
You’ll handle day-to-day maintenance and minor repairs across multiple sites, keeping facilities safe, tidy, and functional.
Skills & Experience
The applicant should have a good attention to detail. Good general maintenance knowledge is required, prior maintenance experience or a trade background is a plus.

Key Tasks
• Painting
• Changing light globes
• Replacing tap washers
• Basic plastering
• Basic repairs of door locks
• Furniture assembly
• Securing fixtures to walls (e.g., toilet roll holders, towel rungs)
• Cleaning duties using specialised equipment and chemicals
• Installing shelving
• Replacing shower heads
• Replacing toilet seats
• Caulking
• Replacing hinges
• Identifying electrical or plumbing issues and coordinating licensed trades when required
• Basic labouring of equipment/goods

Renumeration Hours & Location
Renumeration dependent on experience. Current ABN preferred. Days of work can be flexible. You will be servicing four closely located hospitality businesses in the St Kilda Area.
