All-Rounder – Service Station, Restaurant, Motel & Store (Nebo Service Centre, QLD)

The position of All-Rounder at Nebo Service Centre involves supporting daily operations across multiple areas including the service station, restaurant, motel, small bar, and retail/store. This is a hands-on role suited to someone adaptable, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. (Couples preferred, but individuals are more than welcome to apply.)
The role focuses on maintaining smooth day-to-day operations, delivering quality customer service, and supporting different departments as required. The ideal candidate will have prior hospitality or retail experience, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow within the business.

This is a Casual position (minimum 38 hours per week) with an immediate or flexible start. Accommodation is provided, making it ideal for candidates, including backpackers, who can commit to a minimum of 6 months.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with kitchen operations as a kitchen hand (prep, cleaning, service support)
Handle front-of-house / console duties (fuel station & store), including customer service and cash handling
Support bar service in line with service standards and compliance requirements
Assist with motel operations where required (guest check-ins, support, housekeeping coordination)
Maintain cleanliness and organisation across all areas of the site
Restock shelves and manage basic inventory in the store
Work collaboratively with team members across different departments
Follow workplace procedures, safety standards, and service expectations

Key Skills & Requirements
Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or similar role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask across different departments
Reliable, punctual, and consistent work ethic
Positive attitude with willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
