Dreaming of spending winter in the mountains? Join the team and experience the Australian snow season while working in the beautiful Snowy Mountains of NSW. With time to hit the slopes and a great team environment, this is the perfect opportunity for anyone looking for a memorable winter adventure.

We are currently hiring for the 2026 winter season (June – early October) across our hotels in the Snowy Mountains.

Available Positions

Cooks

Front of House (Reception)

Ski Rental Technicians

Housekeepers

We are ideally looking for applicants with previous snow season or hospitality experience for these roles.

All-Rounder Roles

We also hire a number of All-Rounders who work across different areas of the business, including:

Food service

Bar work

Ski rentals

Housekeeping

General resort duties

No experience is required for these roles — we’re looking for motivated, reliable people who can learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
