Admin Support Assistant – Conference Event (CBD)
We are currently seeking enthusiastic Admin Support Assistants to assist with the delivery of a professional conference event in the CBD from 28th April to 3rd May (full day shifts required).
This role is ideal for university students or recent graduates with experience in customer service, retail, administration, or project support who are confident working in a corporate environment.
Duties will include:
Assisting attendees and presenters with presentation flow
Providing general administrative and event support
Supporting the coordination and smooth running of the conference
Assisting event staff and project team as required
To be successful you will have:
A bubbly and professional personality
Strong computer skills
High attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team
Confidence working in a corporate/professional setting
Availability for full day shifts from 28th April – 3rd May
Ability to complete onboarding documentation
Hold or be able to obtain a National Police Check
