We are seeking a creative, enthusiastic and confident individual to join us at our retail store, Mahoneys Framing.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and customer skills and a keen eye for detail.

You will
- Collaborate with clients to understand their framing needs and preferences
- Handle email and phone customer enquiries
- Communicate clearly with our printing department to ensure client expectations are met
- Arrange for clients' framing to be delivered when required with our various couriers
- Operate our framing software that processes orders sent to our factory for manufacture
- Ensure the safe handling of artworks sent to our factory for framing
- Prepare and issue invoices and receipts , ensuring accuracy in billing
- Manage and update the store database with client information and inventory levels
- Ensure the client viewing, retail displays and storage areas are presentable at all times
