The Role
As a Copywriter at Mojo Dojo, you will be the voice behind our most impactful campaigns. You will weave words into compelling stories across a variety of mediums, from punchy social media captions and high-converting ad copy to engaging newsletters and long-form blog posts.

Responsibilities (What You'll Do)
- Partner with internal teams to interpret project briefs and develop relevant concepts into compelling content.
- Write clear, engaging, and brand-aligned copy for websites, landing pages, email flows, social media, and paid ads.
- Become the ultimate guardian of the Mojo Dojo brand voice (and our clients' voices), ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Manage social media feeds with content or copy you have produced.
- Prepare files and concept boards for client review and presentation.
- Ensure that all products are perfectly proofed and ready for delivery or posting.
- Write multiple variations of ad copy and subject lines for A/B testing, using data to refine your approach.

Are You the One? (Qualifications)

Experience: You have 1 to 2 years of copywriting experience in an agency, in-house creative team, or as a full-time freelancer, tackling both B2B and B2C projects.
Education: You hold a relevant qualification (marketing, media, communications, journalism, etc.).
A Stellar Portfolio: You boast a killer portfolio showcasing your writing versatility across different platforms, audiences, and goals.
Client Communication: This is your jam. You excel at understanding briefs, communicating effectively, and delivering exactly what is needed.
Social Media Savvy: You use social media actively and know how to manage the basics of various platforms.
Adaptability: You have the ability to seamlessly switch between a witty, playful tone and a professional, authoritative tone.
Strategic Thinking: You don't just write pretty words; you write words that drive action and solve problems.
Attention to Detail: You are highly organized with an eagle eye for typos, misplaced modifiers, and rogue apostrophes.
